WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT

In an effort to help prevent community spread of Covid-19, we are asking our clients to remain in their vehicle and text or call us to let us know you have arrived for your appointment.

Step 1: Please remain in your vehicle for your appointment

Step 2: Text us you have arrived at 510-737-0005. This is not a phone line, it is only a text line, so please do not call us on this number. To call us to let us know you have arrived, please call 510-528-0797, but we prefer you to text us!

Step 3: A staff member will call you to obtain check-in information

Step 4: A doctor or technician will meet you at your car to obtain a patient history. If necessary, your pet will be brought inside the hospital for the physical exam.

Payment information will be obtained by phone and invoices, vaccination certificates and any other documentation will be sent to you by email. Please make sure we have your current email address and phone number on file. Clients needing prescription medication refills or pet food should also remain outside of the hospital and text or call us to let us know you are here to pick up medications or pet food.  Payment information will be obtained over the phone and invoice receipts will be emailed to the email address on file. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
